The author of this book may be fascinated by world war 2 as like me, that led to write this book. To let his readers know what truly happened on D-Day and what actions needed to be taken to accomplish it. You could also say , that he is informative in how he goes into great detail of things when it comes to locations in europe. Also, with the weaponary and vehicles that were used in world war 2 and nick names for each. That in end, makes him a some sort of a world war 2 historian if anything.
